What we do

We offer a total service to leisure operators who want reliable and secure access control as part of their ongoing management strategy.  All equipment supplied and installed by ourselves carries a 12-month warranty.

Our Installation Services

  • New-Build Installations – a complete installation service within a new-build situation, including liaison with other on-site construction/finishing teams.
  • Equipment Relocation/Change/Addition – installation for specific equipment that might be being moved, swapped in or is part of an extension programme.
  • Software System Migrations – installing/upgrading equipment as part of a coordinated software systems migration project.  This includes testing/commissioning residual equipment as well.
  • Custom-Built Solutions – the design, fabrication and installation of bespoke equipment or equipment housing, e.g. ruggedised card readers.

Our Maintenance Services

  • Next Day Fix – we guarantee to be on-site within eight hours of a call out and have fixed the equipment fault within a total of 24 hours from call out.  This service includes the carrying of hot-standby equipment where needed.
  • Five Day Fix – we guarantee that we will fix an equipment fault within five days from call out.  This service does not include the carrying of specific standby equipment.
  • Pay As You Go Diagnosis and/or Fix – we will respond to fault calls without the need for a specific maintenance contract.  A call-out fee will be agreed in advance of site attendance and (if needed) a ‘to fix’ fee will be agreed after fault diagnosis.  Both fees are fixed once agreed.
  • Bespoke Agreement – we are happy to agree a bespoke combination of the above service elements into a specific maintenance agreement, e.g. key equipment might need a ‘next day’ service, whereas other items could be managed under a ‘five day’ arrangement.

Our Consulting Services

  • Site Survey – we will survey a site (or sites) and produce a comprehensive report detailing the requirements for your operation including which and how many doors and/or turnstiles are suitable, recommended card technologies, integration needs, and so on.
  • New-Build Planning – we will work with you, your architects, your construction partner, and other parties to help plan for access control equipment in a new build situation.
  • Equipment Refresh Programme Design – we will assist you in planning a non-disruptive equipment refresh programme, including project managing the equipment sourcing, live replacement and disposal.
  • Software System Migration Planning – we will help you audit the impact of a software system migration on your current access control equipment and plan for changes and contingencies.
